Volunteer for the CANCAS Lecture Program
Thank you for your interest in the CANCAS Lecture Program. The Lecture Program exposes CANCAS members to different areas of scientific research in hopes of encouraging their interest in research.
To volunteer for the program, speakers should provide the following information for inclusion on the website: (1) the title(s) of your seminar, (2) a short abstract, (3) address, (4) phone number, (5) email address, and (6) how far you are willing to travel. The talk should be in a seminar geared to undergraduate majors in your field.
The speaker’s institution usually covers transportation of the speaker from their institution to the club’s institution. Meals and lodging are the responsibility of the club and the club should make these arrangements in advance of the visit.
